Why Is GEPF Self-Service Not Working?
GEPF Members might run into some issues with network coverage when using the GEPF Self-Service Portal and App. If you are having trouble, check your device’s connection. Sometimes, the GEPF server might not be available, which can affect your access. If that happens, try again later or click the resend button to refresh the connection.
The GEPF Self-Service Portal and App are back online after being rebuilt. These new platforms are designed to work better and provide a smoother experience. Also, strong security measures have been added to keep your personal information safe from cyber threats.
You can easily access the Self-Service features through the GEPF App or by visiting the GEPF website. Using the self-service, you can manage your account, check your balance, update your info, and much more, all in a secure way.
What is GEPF Self-Service?
The GEPF offers an online system that lets customers access certain information and services on their own. It is designed to work on computers, smartphones, and tablets, so you can use it anytime and anywhere. This self-service system makes it easy to interact with the GEPF, allowing members to access and update their information as well as track their pension or other benefit claims.
You can engage with the GEPF from anywhere without having to visit a Walk-in Centre, call the Call Centre, or wait for documents to be mailed to you. Instead, you can check and update your details whenever you need to, using any digital device with an Internet connection. This saves you time and effort by cutting out long queues and waiting for help from a Call Centre agent.
