How To Register GEPF Self-Service Login

For GEPF members to use the self-service system, they must first of all register on the system. follow the steps below to register for GEPF Self-Service;

  • Visit the GEPF website and navigate to the self-service section
  • click on “Register” or “Sign up” to create an account
  • Enter your personal information ( full name, ID number and contact details)
  • choose a username and password for your account.
  • click on register or submit

  • PENSION NUMBER
  • CELL NUMBER
  • EMAIL ADDRESS
  • RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS
  • POSTAL ADDRESS
  • MEMBERSHIP TYPE

How To Check Your Balance Using GEPF Self-Service

Follow the step-by-step guide below to check your balance on GEPF Self-Service;

  • Visit the GEPF self-service portal at https://selfservice.gepf.gov.za/#/login.
  • Log in with your ID number and password.
  • If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password” and enter your details to register.
  • You will receive a link to reset your password and access your personal GEPF page.
  • Once logged in, you can view your benefit statement and complete any other tasks.

  • Go to the Play Store or App Store
  • Download and Install GEPF App
  • Set up your account using your details
