How to download and Oopene At Document On GEPF Self-Service

All documents downloaded or emailed through the Self-Service Mobile or Web applications are password-protected and require your South African ID or foreign passport number to open. If you are unable to receive a downloaded document, possible causes could include:

  • Not granting the necessary permissions on your mobile device to access or download the document.
  • Loss of network coverage at the time of the request, in which case you should check your connection and try again later.
  • The GEPF server may be temporarily unavailable, affecting your ability to download documents or receive emails through the Self-Service platform.
  • If the connection to the GEPF server times out, please try again later.
