Here are the steps to check your pension claims
Option 1: Online (GEPF Member Self-Service Portal)
- Visit the official website of the Government Employee Pension Fund
- Click on ”Member Self-Service(MSS)
- Register or log in with your username and password
- Navigate to pension claim or Benefits
- Select” Check Claim Status
- Enter your claim reference number or ID number
- View your claim status and details
Option 2: Phone(GEPF Call Centre)
- Call the GEPF Call Cenre(08 011 7669)
- Select ” Language option
- Choose Pension Claim or Benefits
- Provide your ID number and claim reference number
- Follow the prompts to check the claim status
Option 3: Email( GEPF Contact Centre)
- Send your email to:malito:contactcenter@gepf.co.za
- Include your ID number, claim reference number, and query
- Receive your response with the claim status and details
