Here are the steps to check your pension claims

Option 1: Online (GEPF Member Self-Service Portal)

  • Visit the official website of the Government Employee Pension Fund
  • Click on ”Member Self-Service(MSS)
  • Register or log in with your username and password
  • Navigate to pension claim or Benefits
  • Select” Check Claim Status
  • Enter your claim reference number or ID number
  • View your claim status and details

  • Call the GEPF Call Cenre(08 011 7669)
  • Select ” Language option
  • Choose Pension Claim or Benefits
  • Provide your ID number and claim reference number
