Open the self-service app or visit the official website
Enter your username and password

Click on the submit button to start a new claim
After clicking on the submit claim you will see rules relating to the two-pot system
You will be shown an amount you can withdraw from your savings account after you have gone through all the procedures
You can now proceed with payment within sixty days of working hours

Register your profile on the app by providing your personal information and any other related documents required
You will receive an OTP either via email or text message to access it
Use the OTP given to you to change it into your own choice of password
