Steps On How To Recover Your Password

Option 1: Online Password Recovery

Visit the official website of GEPF
Click on Member Self-Sevice
Select Forgotten password
Enter your(ID number, Date of birth, email address registered with GEPF
Click on ”Submit”
Follow the prompts to reset the password

Option 2: Phone Password Recovery

Call the GEPF call centre on (08 011 7669)
Select language option
