Steps On How To Recover Your Password

Option 1: Online Password Recovery

  • Visit the official website of GEPF
  • Click on Member Self-Sevice
  • Select Forgotten password
  • Enter your(ID number, Date of birth, email address registered with GEPF
  • Click on ”Submit”
  • Follow the prompts to reset the password

Option 2: Phone Password Recovery

  • Call the GEPF call centre on (08 011 7669)
  • Select language option
  • Choose password recovery(ID number, Date of Birth, Email address registered with GEPF)
  • Follow verbal instructions to reset the password

Option 3: Email Password Recovery
