How To Find Out How Much Pension You Will Get
Option 1: Through Online
- Visit the GEPF official website
- Member self-service
- GEPF Mobile App
Option 2: On Phone
- Call the GEPF call centre(08 011 7669)
- Select language option
- Choose Pension ”Query or Benefits Calculation”
Option 3: Via Email
- Send an email to them
- Subject: Pension Benefits Inquiry
- Provide (ID number, Date of Birth, and Contact details)
Option 4: In-Person
- Visit the nearest GEPF Regional Office
- Bring along your ID document, proof of registration(payslip or employment letter

Benefits a GEPF member is entitled to if he or she dies
The Government Employee Pension Fund will contribute to funeral costs by paying funeral benefits. If the pensioner dies within five years of retiring from service or being discharged, the GEPF will pay the balance of the retirement or discharge annuities to the beneficiaries. If the deceased(pensioner) leaves behind children and a life partner they will be entitled to monthly pension benefits.
