Click “Student Enquiry
Click on View Submitted Documents.

If you see Outstanding or Not Clear next to your ID, Grade 11 results, or proof of payment, upload a clear, certified PDF again. Uncertified photos from your phone get rejected.

2. Confirm your payment went through:

If you paid the application fee via EFT, it takes 3 days to reflect.
